Pre-Departure Briefing , Travel & Post Landing Assistance

The orientation provided prior to departure include face to face meetings as well as country specific checklists that our clients could leverage to be prepared for their stay in the foreign country. Sessions are frequently conducted to provide awareness of immigration requirements as well as living conditions in the destination country. 

Travel and subsequent settling down in a new country and culture can become very stressful if not planned properly in advance. We provide guidance to students in the following areas so that all the parties involved complete their actions in advance such that students know what to expect at various stages during the whole process of relocation.

1. Flight booking to take benefit of discounts, ideal dates, excess baggage schemes and best routes.
2. Travel / medical insurance
3. Forex requirements
4. Pick up at the local airport
5. Identification and booking of accommodation
6. Arranging Phone connections and debit cards
7. Any other post landing assistance including information on local transport, affordable places for shopping and religious places.
8. Wherever possible, we also connect our students with local alumni and families who could be the go-to persons for any urgent requirement or assistance at the foreign destination.
